Needed a STAR smog check for car registration. Had to call three separate times to make sure the smog person would be at the station. Once I confirmed there was someone and drove there, the technician was thorough in his explanations, very friendly, seemed to go about his business efficiently, and I was out of there in 15-20 minutes like he said I would. I highly recommend their STAR smog check service at a great price. I had a coupon which they honored for less than half of what I would have paid at two other places I called.
