Chana Thai Cuisine at 1117 West Manchester Boulevard, Inglewood, California.

I order from here frequently because their yellow curry is amazing. I have ordered it over a dozen times the same way, very mild. They never dissappoint until today. Instead if mild, my curry was very spicy. It even looked different from when I usually order it. It was a much deep, darker yellow and SPICY.
I called the restaurant to complain. They took my name and number because they had to talk to the kitchen first. Called me back 10 minutes later to tell me "that's the mildest we can make it". I know this is not the case because I have eaten the same thing there over a dozen times. Not sure if they have a new cook in kitchen or what is going on?
I am giving 1 star for lack of consistency. However, they did refund my money.
