Bad customer service ever! Of course they need proof of income and good credit report as well as responsible people but they expected you not to work. They don't send you any photos or videos just the couple of photos of no expert people that give you no idea how the unit looks! They are very rude and bad temper. Give you one specific time and not flexible, when you told them it's not good time, they simply reply it's none of our business and it's your problem. So I decided to send my husband to take video and good photos. Our appointment was at 3:30 pm and I mentioned before to Marc that I'm at work and my husband is the one who will come and visit the house. Anyway he called at 3:34 and shout at me while i was in middle of meeting(you know how iphone sound is)that you had an appointment at 3:30 and I have to leave and can't wait for you. I called my husband, he told me I'm at the door but he did not answer my calls! I called him back and explain. He told me I reject his calls cause I didn't know his number!!! (what a logic!) at the end Marc don't let my husband to take any photos or video! so I have no idea about the unit. My husband really like it, but because of worse customer service I don't want to spend my time with them!!!! How can we apply to rent an apartment if you don't know what your job really is??? Then I called the office to explain them what really happened and it's nice to be polite and little flexible with people cause finding a perfect apartment takes time and I can not take off everyday and guess what they answer was: they told me it's your problem!!!
